Terms of Service

Content Turnaround - We guarantee to deliver your photos and floor plans by the end of the next day after the shoot. However, videos may take up to 48 hours to edit and deliver.

Rescheduling and Cancellation - We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

Payment - Payment is required in full for any content (photos, videos, floor plans) before they can be downloaded. We accept online payments only.

Photo Ready - To ensure the best possible results, the property must be clean, staged, and prepared for the shoot. Our photographers may do some "light staging" during the shoot, such as aligning window treatments, closing toilet seats, turning off ceiling fans and televisions, and adjusting lightweight furniture such as dining room chairs. However, due to liability and risk of injury, we cannot move furniture, large, heavy objects, or personal items.

Revisions - We allow up to one round of revisions for photo editing, video editing, and virtual staging.

License - Photo Knight owns and retains all copyrights for works created or produced by Photo Knight, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and subsidiaries. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, we grant you the non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-assignable right to use the licensed content for the sales and marketing of the property depicted in the licensed content, while the property is listed with you. The licensed content may be reproduced, displayed, broadcasted, and transmitted in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, in the Territory, and during the Term.
