  • A: We offer professional photography services for real estate listings, including interior and exterior shots, aerial photography, floor plans, virtual staging, and video tours.

  • A: We typically deliver the final edited photos, floor plans, and video within 24 hours after the shoot. Virtual staging takes an additional 24 hours.

  • A: Yes, we are able to create video tours. We offer vertical Instagram Reels and horizontal longer video. You can even add a broker intro!

  • A: A typical shoot would take about 45 minutes for just photos. Add-ons will increase the duration:

    Add (15 mins) for Floor Plans

    Add (15 mins) for Drone Photos

    Add (15 mins) for a Reel Video

    Add (30 mins) for Cinematic Video

    Add (15 mins) for Broker Intro

  • A: Yes, we offer virtual staging services, which involve adding furniture and decor to empty rooms in the photos to make them more appealing to potential buyers.

  • A: Our prices vary depending on the the amount of photos needed and the services requested. Please check out our prices page for more information.

  • A: Actually, overcast weather can be beneficial for real estate photography. Cloudy skies act as a natural diffuser, providing even lighting and reducing harsh shadows. This allows us to capture beautiful, well-lit interior and exterior shots. Additionally, during post-processing we can enhance the details of the sky, making the photos look even more attractive. So, don't worry about the clouds, trust us to capture the best possible images of your property.

  • A: While rain can be an obstacle for outdoor photography, it's important to note that weather conditions can change quickly. In most cases, if the forecast is calling for rain, we will continue with the scheduled shoot. Unless it’s extreme rain or snow. The only exception would be drone photography. We are not permitted to fly in ANY bad weather condition.

  • A: Yes, we are willing to travel to shoot properties outside of the city. We service clients in the south suburbs and north suburbs. Please visit our Service Area Page for all the areas we service.
